• recognises and compliments other procurement documents and/or practices employed by the client,
• affords the client robust protection against claims.

As any contract must be understood to be effectively employed, G Gillis Ltd also provides guidance notes and assistance to enable clients to implement and gain maximum benefit from the bespoke contract document(s).
